Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Human Resources Business Partner
(HRBP) to lead and elevate our HR function. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HRBP will ensure that all facets of HR( recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and learning &development) are fully implemented, respected, and aligned with business goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to all Business Unit Managers, driving the efficiency, consistency, and impact of HR policies and practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the HR strategy aligned with company objectives
- Act as the primary HR contact for Business Unit Managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement
- Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.
- Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives across all teams
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring a structured and inclusive hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria aligned with business needs.
- Oversee full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and timely candidate experience.
- Leverage recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Drive onboarding initiatives that set new hires up for success, ensuring a seamless transition, cultural alignment, and strong engagement from day one.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
General HR Functions
- Ensure full implementation and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Oversee onboarding, probation, and regularization processes to ensure smooth integration and retention
- Drive performance management cycles, including Kpis review, goal setting, monitoring, feedback, and evaluations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and fairness
- Monitor and improve timekeeping, attendance, and productivity metrics
- Champion learning and development initiatives across teams
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Support organizational change and culture-building efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or
- related field
- With at least 10 years' progressive HR experience
(covering facets in TA, Strategic HR, Onboarding, L&D) - Minimum
5 years at a leadership level,
preferably in a fast-paced or service- oriented environment - Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence across functions
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
