Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities and maximizing revenue through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and account management. The role focuses on promoting the hotel and beach resort's facilities—including accommodations, event spaces, dining, and recreational services—to prospective clients such as corporate groups, travel agents, tour operators, event planners, and individual guests.

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, including corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, sales visits, online platforms, and trade shows.

  3. Prepare and present sales proposals and customized packages based on client needs and resort offerings.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  5. Coordinate with operations, front office, events, and F&B teams to ensure successful execution of bookings and events.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in hospitality sales, preferably within a hotel, beach resort, or a related travel and tourism environment.
