Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization.
  • Support in maintaining and updating system documentation.
  • Monitor and help manage network and system performance.
  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Help maintain inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and data backup processes.
  • Support users with day-to-day IT-related concerns.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects (e.g., system upgrades, software rollouts).
  • Document technical processes and create user guides as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be assigned in Parqal Mall, Parañaque City.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
