Join our Production team as On-Call Production Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle materials, equipment, and tools properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Qualifications:

  • At least High School/Vocational Graduate
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Has the bayanihan spirit
  • Works well with people and does not hesitate to support other teams.
  • Highly interested in working for the benefit of our country and our people.
  • Must be willing to work at our Carmelray Canlubang Plant
