Job Title: On-Call Helper

Job Type: On-Call / As-Needed / Per Project

Location: Calamba City Laguna

Fujitechnik is looking for a reliable and flexible On-Call Helper to support our team as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, can adapt quickly to different tasks, and is available on short notice. The On-Call Helper will assist with day-to-day operations, provide support during peak times, and fill in when regular staff are unavailable.

• Assist with general tasks as assigned by supervisors (e.g., lifting, moving, setup, cleaning, and organizing).
• Provide support during busy projects.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with staff, customers, or clients.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, often with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation

• This is an on-call position.
• Different kinds of location per project.
• Shifts may include weekends and holidays.
