IT SUPPORT STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

2.) At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is REQUIRED for this position

3.) In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating system

4.) Able and amenable to travel to stores (Calabarzon, Mindoro and Metro Manila)

5.) Can drive 4 wheels vehicle with driver's license

Job Description:

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating system and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer system and networks
  • Talk staff or client through series of action, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replace parts as required
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
  • Willing and able to start ASAP
