About the role

LMTP Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Production Leader to join their team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time Production Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and motivate a team of production workers to ensure they meet or exceed productivity, quality, and safety targets
  • Develop and implement innovative process improvements to enhance manufacturing output and reduce waste
  • Monitor production data and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including planning, engineering, and quality, to resolve issues and optimise operations
  • Provide hands-on training and development to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall business objectives of the manufacturing division

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a production leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience in implementing process improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of manufacturing software and technology
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team
  • Relevant qualifications in production, operations, or a related technical field
