Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production workers to meet company goals and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and safety regulations are met.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including output levels, downtime, and resource usage.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize workflow.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained properly and report any issues or breakdowns.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, issues, and improvement initiatives for management.
  • Support onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime, when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
