Role Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Procurement and Business Administrator to join us. The role will oversee daily procurement and business administration for the Food Services Team and support the team in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires strict adherence to daily routines and schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the procurement processes, including supplier relationships, purchasing, and maintaining records
- Manage inventory and track procurement-related items, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle administrative duties, such as preparing reports, and managing communications
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure all administrative tasks are properly supported
- Support the Food Services team in content creation using templated materials for events and other client requirements onsite
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course (preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing
- Ability to follow templated processes for marketing activities
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to handle routine and ad hoc tasks with minimal supervision
