Job Title: IT Admin and Procurement Specialist

Location: BGC, Philippines

Work Schedule: Regular Onsite, 9 AM - 6 PM (Philippines Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Admin and Procurement Specialist to

support our administrative, procurement, and IT coordination functions. The ideal candidate will

have strong experience in administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and IT procurement while

demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires collaboration

across departments and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee IT procurement processes, including vendor coordination and supplier

negotiations.


• Manage IT-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.


• Maintain and organize IT procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of IT equipment and services.


• Utilize MS Office Applications, including MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS OneDrive, MS

SharePoint, and MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) for data management and

reporting.


• Assist with finance-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company

policies.


• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy in procurement and administrative

processes.


• Support IT and admin teams in tracking procurement requests and approvals.


• Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.


• Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.


• At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in IT procurement and vendor

coordination.


• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel).


• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.


• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.


• Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver results under pressure.


• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.


• Nice to have but not mandatory: Experience with SAP-FI.
