Job Description

As a Junior Collateral Underwriter, you'll review and analyze appraisal reports to ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines. You'll collaborate across teams to maintain high service quality, manage pipelines efficiently, and deliver decisions that uphold accuracy, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Shift: Night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years' mortgage underwriting experience.
• Experience in collateral underwriting, preferred.
• Working knowledge of all agency and investor underwriting policies.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze, evaluate, and decision appraisal reports in accordance with agency and investor guidelines and standards.
• Complete comprehensive collateral reviews promptly to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain a pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processors, and Originators.
• Stay current with all agency and investor guidelines and updates.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the Post Closing Department on stipulations for closed files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
