Job Purpose:

To provide support on the activities of the in-house sales group in achieving the annual revenue target.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is often preferred. However, relevant work experience can sometimes substitute for formal education.
  • Open to applicants with or without experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver professional and engaging presentations to clients, whether in person or virtually.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Spreadsheets

Job Description:

  • To ensure service delivery of the Sales Team to external clients:

  • Preparing & Encoding of Proposals for BDOs

  • Attends to phone and email inquiries of both internal and external customers

  • To ensure support in all activities of the Sales Group:

  • Preparing for collaterals, presentation materials for meetings, townhalls & company-sponsored events

  • Monitors Marketing supplies and request from FPAD for its requisition

  • Coordination with different departments (AMD, Underwriting, MRD and ETC) for new account endorsements

  • Monitoring and safe keeping of the compliance requirements such as but not limited to a) AMLA, b) MDPA

  • Overseeing and helping in organizing internal and external Sales events but not limited to a) Sourcing vendor proposals, b) Inter Department coordination

  • To do other tasks or duties assigned by the Sales' Officers

  • To ensure all data and reports are accurate and readily available:

  • Requesting, consolidating and summarizing information / demographics to create a more specific and tailor-fitted proposal based on the details submitted

  • Submitting weekly and monthly reports of the team regarding closed accounts, pipeline report for accounts with closing probability 50% to 90%

  • Analyzing and extracting the utilization report such as sorting the number of cased of In-Patient and Out-Patient availment to distinguish the frequency and average utilization per head and other given documents of an account to know whether they are utilizer or not

  • Updating and monitoring the approved franchised of the BDOs

  • Managing, updating and maintaining the files of the departments' documents
