What You'll Do:
  • Support procurement activities (vendor/SKU setup, quotes, POs)
  • Communicate with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist with logistics: shipment tracking, customs clearance, transportation coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support stock management
  • Handle data entry, cleansing, and supply chain analysis to identify trends and improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation across procurement, logistics, and inventory
  • Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and finance teams
  • Contribute to special projects with the Global Supply Chain team
Requirements
  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of a global team
