Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain and logistics strategy and operations of the organization to maximize process efficiency and productivity. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring the overall supply chain to ensure the company's supply chain operations run smoothly and effectively, from procurement of materials to delivery of finished products.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient logistics, procurement, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, and transportation.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply and timely delivery of goods and materials.

  • Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee demand forecasting to prevent shortages or excess stock.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding logistics and imports/exports.

  • Lead and supervise the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across supply chain functions.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management.

  • Proven track record in managing supply chain operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships.

  • Knowledge of logistics regulations, import/export procedures, and inventory control principles.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
