Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Nuts Procurement Senior Executive
to lead and optimize the sourcing and supply of whole coconuts and copra essential to our production operations. The role requires strong supplier management, negotiation, and logistics coordination skills to ensure consistent, cost-efficient, and quality raw material supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for nuts sourcing aligned with production demand and company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor market trends, supply availability, and price movements to make informed buying decisions.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, QA, and Logistics teams to align supply schedules and material quality standards.
  • Oversee field buying operations and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports, cost trends, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Drive cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in sourcing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least
    8-10 years of procurement experience
    in agri-based or manufacturing industries (coconut industry experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle supplier relations and field procurement operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Willing to travel to sourcing areas when required.
