Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policies. This role supports various departments by coordinating tasks, handling communications, and maintaining office resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including supply management and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including employee files and confidential documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing support.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and budgeting practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
