OFFICE ADMIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answers telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Manage database entry and client files
- Order and maintain supplies
- Document financial information
- Organize and distribute messages
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain Confidential department file/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office tools
- Possess good organizational skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Must have attend to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability on tasks given
- Punctuality is a must
- 1-2 years' experience as administrative secretary would be advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
