Job Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and Workday-certified consultant to join our BPO delivery team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Reporting, or Integration) and the ability to configure, maintain, and enhance Workday environments in alignment with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned Workday modules


• Configure and maintain Workday system settings, business processes, and integrations


• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and execute those solutions


• Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues


• Participate in testing, upgrades, and patching activities


• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to support ongoing enhancements and initiatives

Required Qualifications:


• Workday Certification in at least one core module (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Reporting)


• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience


• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and business processes
• Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, or other Workday integration tools (if applicable)


• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments simultaneously


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, BPO-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:


• Multiple Workday certifications


• Experience supporting global implementations or multi-country deployments


• Familiarity with Workday Reporting, Prism, or Adaptive Planning


• Previous experience in a BPO, consulting, or shared services environment
