About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration AMS Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for Workday integrations—primarily aligned to Workday Financial Management. This role involves troubleshooting and enhancing integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring reliable data flows, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday integrations, particularly those related to financial processes

  • Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions

  • Monitor and maintain integration performance and security, ensuring compliance with data governance standards

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements

  • Assist in the design, build, and testing of new integrations as part of continuous improvement or project work

  • Maintain documentation for integration logic, technical configuration, and operational support procedures

  • Support system updates and releases, performing regression testing and validation as needed

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Workday integrations, with the ability to support and enhance a range of integration types related to Workday Financial Management, including:

  • Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio

  • Web Services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and file-based integrations

  • Middleware tools and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Mulesoft)

  • Data transformation and error handling best practices

  • Integration with banking platforms, third-party finance systems, and internal reporting tools

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting or developing Workday integrations in an enterprise environment

  • Understanding of financial processes and data flows within Workday Finance

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex technical scenarios

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with integration security and Workday permissions models

  • Workday Integration certification is highly desirable

  • Experience with ITSM processes and working in a managed services or AMS environment is a plus
