Job Summary:

The position is responsible for supporting OPPO Philippines' marketing objectives through effective social media management, event implementation, and promotional operations. The role ensures the development of creative and strategic social media content, execution of both online and offline marketing activities, and monitoring of campaign performance to drive brand visibility and engagement. In addition, the position manages departmental budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as DTI permits for sales promotions.

Job Description:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Write engaging and persuasive captions, scripts, and ad copies for various digital platforms.
  • Produce and edit photos and videos; design key visuals and marketing materials for online use.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement data, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

EVENT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Plan, develop, and execute both offline (in-store activations) and online (creative challenges) store activities.
  • Ensure timely implementation and completion of all planned activities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to support campaign execution and overall objectives.

FINANCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL OPERATION

  • Manage and monitor the department's internal financial budget.
  • Handle the application and processing of DTI permits for all OBS sales promotions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably with hands-on experience managing social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience in event planning and campaign execution, from concept development to on-ground implementation.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
