Job Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analyses, visualizations and insights to support decision-making activities of the Sales department, including analyzing competitor activity, economic, market trends, tracking and measuring the actual cost and performance versus budget, analyzing sales performance and other ad hoc cost analyses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct data analyses spot data trends, calculate forecasts, perform gap analyses, generate reports and visualization, and communicate insights to senior Sales and Marketing executives.
  2. Track and analyze actual performance to budget.
  3. Recommend opportunities to improve Sales department's efficiency using a data-driven approach.
  4. Consolidate relevant information that will be used in analyses and work with the company's IT development team to manage these databases.
  5. Help define and build visualizations to better communicate the performance and aid in decision-making activities.
  6. Support the group with ad-hoc projects and analyses, as assigned.
  7. Institute Bounty values and leads by example, practicing a culture of meritocracy, inclusiveness, respect, diversity, fair play and ethical conduct of business.

Key Qualifications

Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics  or any other related courses

Experience: 5 years' experience in reports management and data analysis and visualization, with proven ability to deliver high quality and accurate reports within timescales

Special Skills:

  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), creating and managing performance dashboard data visualization.
  • Working knowledge/experience on Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is a plus.
  • Experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills.
