The Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment operations by assisting with candidate lifecycle management, resolving Workday-related issues, ensuring accurate employee documentation, and overseeing onboarding and pre-employment processes. The role requires experience in talent coordination, preferably within a shared services setup, familiarity with ATS systems like Workday, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Job Description
About the Role:
- Supports Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators in candidate development & life cycle
- Resolve in assisting issues in Workday related to the Candidate Life cycle
- Ensure employee files are update to date and complete upon submission for creation of ID in Workday
- Manages candidate on boarding and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Evaluation Plan for approval by the client
About You:
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Talent Administration or Coordination
- Previous experience in a Shared Services set up
- Experience with using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Workday system is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
