About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the dynamic HR team at IG Evolution Corporation. This full-time internship is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to the world of talent acquisition and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to attract and onboard top talent to help drive the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the coordination and execution of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  2. Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels
  3. Participate in the shortlisting and selection process, including reviewing CVs and conducting initial interviews
  4. Provide support in organising and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and on-campus hiring drives
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process
  7. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the willingness to learn
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
