Job Description Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the People Services Team, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving the efficiency of end-to-end recruitment operations. Acting as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders, you will manage complex queries, ensure compliance in all pre-employment processes, and maintain the integrity of candidate records. Beyond coordination, you will contribute to process improvements, mentor junior team members, and support strategic initiatives that enhance the overall candidate and stakeholder experience. This role requires a balance of operational excellence, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide Tier 1 HR support for a large APAC employee base, addressing queries on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Manage full-cycle employee transactions in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and case management records while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support complex HR processes (e.g., leave of absence, M&A, severance, onboarding) and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Associate degree with equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Advisor or HR Shared Services experience, with strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, manage sensitive information, and work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
