Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will assist recruiters, coordinate hiring processes, manage candidate communication, and ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and panel members.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Support recruiters in posting job ads on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and complete candidate information.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers as required by the TA team.
  • Assist in organizing hiring events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Handle pre-employment requirements, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment files, candidate records, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams on various administrative and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, coordination, or HR support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to positive candidate experience.
