JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
DOCUMENTATION WORK – Assists Clients with the VISA application process by providing information, forms, and relevant advice, reviewing and organizing requirements, coordinating with appropriate parties regarding Visa appointments, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE WORK – Provides general support to the GM as needed, including but not limited to the preparation of materials for flyers, presentations, social media posts, email marketing, etc.; Handles general office maintenance and purchasing; Liaises with government offices as necessary; Other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Preferably with experience in handling Visa documentation, especially for Schengen, UK, Japan, Korea, USA, etc.
- Preferably with experience in administrative services or simple graphics design work
- With above average English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Proficient in Canva
- Fast learner, results-oriented, reliable
- Willing to do field work and errands when necessary
- Presentable, in good health, non-smoker
- Punctual, with excellent attendance record
Our office is in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Residents of nearby areas are preferred.
SALARY IS COMMENSURATE to overall qualifications. Rate is negotiable for highly qualified candidates with the right experience and skills. If considered, Fresh graduates with no relevant work experience must be willing to start at Minimum rate and undergo training.
