Job Description

We are hiring a Site Engineer (Entry Level) to join our on-site team in Boracay. This role is ideal for a motivated candidate with early professional experience who is ready to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You'll work directly with senior staff and project leads, contributing to active residential, resort, and commercial developments across the Philippine islands.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site supervision to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Draft technical plans for structural, basic plumbing, and basic electrical works.
  • Prepare and update project schedules and Gantt charts to track timelines.
  • Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assist in tracking project budgets.
  • Coordinate material requests and procurement (purchases handled by secretary or client).
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and supplier follow-ups.
  • Prepare accomplishment reports and coordinate with secretary for client communications and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) with 1–2 years' professional experience in construction or an architectural/engineering firm.
  • Knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and building materials.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Familiar with STAAD for structural analysis and design, and with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Bonus Skills: Revit, BIM knowledge.

Compensation
  • PHP 22,000 – 28,000/month, depending on experience and relocation needs.
