Architect (Entry Level) – Boracay
Job Description

We are hiring an Architect (Entry Level) to join our on-site team in Boracay. This role is ideal for a motivated candidate ready to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment, working directly with senior staff and contributing to active residential, resort, and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.
  • Translate drawings, sketches, and concepts into high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.
  • Develop both interior and exterior visualizations that highlight materials, lighting, and spatial qualities.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project leads on design and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect (PRC) with 1–2 years' professional experience in an architectural firm.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, and Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape (or similar).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Familiar with Google Sheets.
  • Bonus Skills: Revit, BIM knowledge, Microsoft Project.
  • If the right candidate is not yet licensed, support will be provided to pursue the PRC exam while working.

Compensation
  • PHP 22,000 – 28,000/month, depending on experience and relocation needs.
  • Up to PHP 30,000 may be considered for candidates with stronger experience or specialized skills.
