Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Licensed Master Plumber (preferably).
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferably).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection works, preferably for hotels, high-rise buildings, or large commercial projects.
  • Hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiar with local and international standards (e.g., National Plumbing Code of the Philippines, Fire Code of the Philippines, NFPA standards).
  • Experience in project coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities for inspections and approvals.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (or similar software) for design mark-ups and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, fire sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, hose cabinets, and alarm systems.
  • Skilled in preparing material submittals, method statements, inspection checklists, and reports.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with other disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to safety and quality standards.
  • Must be willing to be assigned on-site for the duration of the hotel project.
  • Can work effectively under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Can start as soon as possible.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
