Key Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in Construction Management and managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Well versed in Electrical and Electronics Design standards. Implementation Methodologies and Testing & Commissioning of various EE/ECE system and equipment.
  • Proven experience handling Hotel, Commercial/Retail/F&B/Resort/Residential project.
  • Prior involvement in Hotel and Casino projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for working in a multicultural project environment
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Boracay, Aklan.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end construction activities, with focus on electrical systems integration while coordinating with civil and structural works from excavation to project completion.
  • Spearhead coordination meetings with different level of stakeholders.
  • Conduct plan reviews and site walk-thru inspections.
  • Lead coordination and design management, ensuring all electrical designs and installations are fully integrated, compliant with codes, and aligned with overall project requirements.
  • Supervise and conduct QA/QC inspections on-site, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Oversee contract administration, including technical documentation, variation orders, claims, and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
