Field Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Execute on-site instructions and work plans provided by the Project Manager, ensuring accurate implementation in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

· Proactively identify and provide solutions to on-site issues, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

· Monitor, record, and submit daily construction activity reports, including work progress, manpower, weather conditions, and equipment usage.

· Capture and send daily/weekly progress photos for documentation and reporting purposes.

· Attend site coordination and client meetings as required, representing the company professionally and ensuring all updates and instructions are communicated accurately.

· Act as a liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely communication, resolve field-level issues, and facilitate smooth site operations.

· Assist with on-site administrative tasks, such as documentation, permit coordination, material tracking, and inventory updates, as needed.

· Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

· Possesses a valid driver's license and is capable of driving company-provided vehicles to and from project sites.

· Responsible

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when working under pressure on-site.

· Proficient in basic documentation tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with working knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical software being an advantage.

· Prior experience in fieldwork, site supervision, or construction is an advantage.
