Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Safety Practitioner
  • Possession of a Safety Practitioner Certificate/ID
  • Valid competency certificates (BOSH, COSH, LCM, HIRAC, TOT, SPA)
  • Additional OSH-related training (First Aid, Scaffolding Erection NCII)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communication and reporting

Job Description:

  • Develop and compile safety programs and procedures
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the workplace
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular audits
  • Organize and lead staff meetings to promote best practices and safety awareness
  • Standardize safety protocols for consistency
  • Identify hazardous waste and ensure proper disposal
  • Champion safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety
