We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all our projects and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor company safety policies and programs
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and other regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate toolbox meetings, safety trainings, and orientations
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective measures
  • Promote a safe working environment for all employees and contractors

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of [Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field]
  • With valid BOSH / COSH certification (DOLE-accredited)
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction/industrial safety
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
