We're looking for someone to join our core team as a front desk staff handling reservations, guest service, and cashier duties. This is not just a desk job. You'll be the face and first impression of our brand. Should be friendly, organized, and ready to grow with a passionate burger brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations and guest inquiries
  • Manage cashiering and order coordination
  • Assist with front-of-house operations and customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and coordination with kitchen team
  • May also serve as waitress when needed
  • Must be flexible. You may assist with other tasks when needed

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level, preferably HRM course or equivalent experience
  • Fresh Graduates may apply or (no work related experience required )
  • Lives near Barangay Pineda Pasig or Pasig Area
  • Computer literate; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
  • Must be able to write end-of-day sales summaries
  • Can handle basic admin and reservation tracking
  • Strong communication and people skills - can converse in English
  • Not habitually late or absent
  • Must be healthy and hygienic

Appearance & Demeanor:

  • Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with guests
  • Able to maintain a professional and polished appearance while working
