Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification : B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA(Finance)
  • Experience : 1 – 2 Years
  • Year of Passing : 2021 to 2023
  • Aggregate : 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Role Type : Full Time

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST

Skills, experience and attributes required:

  • Strong IT, MS Office, and particularly Excel knowledge
  • Hardworking, outgoing, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and communication skills to liaise with colleagues remotely
  • Able to engage and build strong relationships with team members and other departments
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Able to analyze data and create meaningful insights from that.
  • Previous employment within the industry would be an advantage.
  • Previous working experience with Salesforce, Certinia would be an advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing for customers by efficiently working within tight deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze timecards to facilitate prompt submission and approval of timesheets
  • Generate weekly and monthly PS billings, meticulously avoiding any discrepancies
  • Dealing with queries, problem solving, and analyzing numerical data
  • Prioritize and reduce a backlog of service desk tickets and collaborate with PS Ops on various tasks including timecard adjustments, credit requests/rebill, and project-related activities such as PO creation and engagement number generation
  • Create insightful PS reports and Salesforce dashboards for resource timecard analysis, enhancing Certinia and Salesforce functionality
  • Update PS forecasts files and services utilization reports for various regions
  • Communicating with Internal stakeholders over the call and via email
  • Collaborate with team members both in-office and remotely, ensuring effective communication
  • Administration duties to support the business and team
  • Fulfill ad hoc duties as required
