Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Ortigas. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for reception duties, welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling office administration, operating office equipment, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
- Experience in handling Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Office Equipment and Office Administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
