The E-Commerce Marketing Staff is responsible for managing online store operations, product listings, digital content, promotions, customer inquiries, and overall online sales performance. This role ensures that all e-commerce activities run smoothly and contribute to the company's growth in online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or company website.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and product images.
  • Monitor order processing, shipping status, and delivery concerns.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, ads, bundles).
  • Coordinate promotions during peak events (11.11, 12.12, payday sale, etc.).
  • Help create content for social media and product pages (photos, videos, captions).

Customer Handling

  • Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving complaints or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Data & Sales Analysis

  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Track traffic, conversion, and campaign results.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, inventory, accounting, and marketing teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for item availability or promotional requirements.

Other Tasks

  • Support overall marketing activities when needed.
  • Perform other e-commerce–related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • College graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or any related course.
  • With experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage (but not required).
  • Knowledgeable in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online selling platforms.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tools.
  • Creative and familiar with basic content creation (photos/videos).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and capable of multitasking.
  • Willing to work during peak sale events if required.
