Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Corporate Quality Manager who will oversee Quality policies, Systems and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Department, providing guidance and strategies to QA/QC personnel across the company
  • Develop and improve Quality Management Plan across all Project sites
  • Develop a comprehensive Quality dashboard of Project performance, accomplishments and trends
  • Create a detailed QA/QC inspection and test plan with compliance plan
  • Creation and implementation of all Quality standards and compliance to all Project sites
  • Ensure full participation on Project planning and meeting pertaining to new projects
  • Mentor and coach Quality personnel to fill the gap across the team
  • Reviews and/or recommends quality workmanship standards.
  • Monitors and reports status of the quality outputs and services of operations, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review QA-related reports/transactions.
  • Screen and approves allocation and selection of QAQC personnel-in-charge for project sites.
  • Recommend corrective actions from Operations.
  • Develop and improve ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan), PQP (Project Quality Plan) and other QC-related documents for bidding requirements.
  • Ensures QC standards and procedures and being followed
  • Reviews circular reports submitted by QA/QC Area Supervisors.
  • Continuous improvement on production process based on quality standards.

Successful candidate for the role must possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications is a plus.
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive QA/QC or Quality Management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent), ITPs, PQPs, and construction QA/QC processes.
  • Proven experience in leading quality teams and mentoring QA/QC personnel across multiple project sites.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction standards, building codes, project specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor and communicate quality performance.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with senior leaders, project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
