Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calculate hours worked accurately and incorporating leaves, overtime, holiday premium and other pay benefits
- Manage and maintain PTO/Leave tracker
- Create Attendance data for confirmation to verify accuracy of reports
- Address issues and questions regarding attendance and process payroll adjustment/dispute on a timely manner
- Consolidate and create Final attendance report for Payroll computation purposes
- Maintains daily/weekly/monthly historical attendance tracker
- Process Final Pay for resigned/separated employees
- Maintain and manages all Timekeeping Tools and System
- Process weekly and monthly accrual report
- Prepare reports for upper management, Payroll/Finance department etc
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's /College Degree in accountancy, at least 1 year of work experience.
- Solid understanding of Timekeeping fundamentals, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge on any Timekeeping or payroll tools is an advantage.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organization ability with great attention to detail.
- At least 1-year(s) Experience in the related field is required for the position and knowledge in MS office specially in MS excel.
- Ability to multi task, adapt, change and achieve results with accuracy and precision.
- Can work on shifting schedules.
- Must demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure;
