Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Answering & Client Engagement
  • Provide professional Telephone Answering services
  • Taking detailed messages and email promptly to corresponding clients
  • Professionally transfer calls as per individual client directions
  • Respond to clients and provide information to clients in a timely manner.
  • Appropriate handling of sales and leasing enquirers
  • Provide hospitality to all internal and external clients at a consistently high standard.
  • Responding to queries and providing general information.
  • Help our clients grow their business and create a community
  • Administration
  • Setting up of new virtual office clients.
  • Maintaining and updating all business center databases and telephone answering instructions.
  • Completion of administration work for clients or staff as required.
  • Assisting the team with data entry and general queries for end of month billing.
  • Providing support to the Business Managers and other APSO team members in the day to day running of the virtual and serviced offices

Requirements:

  • Phone answering and customer service experience necessary
  • Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment whilst managing your own workload
  • A positive and adaptable attitude
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional client focus and capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • A high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to act with sensitivity, confidentiality, courtesy and discretion at all times.
  • Understanding of serviced and virtual office concept.
  • Basic understanding of straight leasing.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
