This role is a
core, full-time hire
that will become an
integral part
of daily construction operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to manage purchase orders, payroll hours, and material tracking.
  • Fluent in
    Bisaya
    and proficient in
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Experience in
    procurement, purchasing, or logistics
    .
  • Strong
    negotiation skills
    with local vendors and hardware suppliers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large amounts of data.
  • Reliable, proactive, and motivated to grow with the company.
  • Comfortable working full-time in
    General Luna, Siargao
    .
  • (Preferred: Male candidate, late 20s–30s, aligned with typical construction site norms.)

Job Description

We are looking for a
core team member
to support our construction project in Siargao.

This role is
operations-focused
and essential in ensuring that all materials, logistics, and site needs are managed efficiently. You will work closely with the
project manager
and adapt to different management roles on site as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle purchasing of construction materials and supplies on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Build relationships with local vendors and negotiate the best pricing and delivery terms.
  • Enter purchase orders into the system, track deliveries, and verify quantities and costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of required materials.
  • Record and manage worker attendance and salary data in coordination with the site manager.
  • Act as the "eyes and ears" on-site, providing feedback on workforce efficiency and reporting to management.
  • Support the construction team with accurate and timely data entry, logistics planning, and vendor coordination.

Accuracy, trustworthiness, and efficiency
are critical to success in this role.

Work Setup / Location

  • Based in
    General Luna, Siargao
    (or willing to relocate)
  • On-site presence required daily
    to coordinate logistics and monitor workforce activity.
