Purchasing & Logistics Manager

Location: BGC / Quezon City

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Manager to oversee procurement, supplier management, and the flow of goods for our restaurant and commissary operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing process (sourcing, ordering, pricing)
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best cost, quality, and terms
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Monitor logistics, deliveries, and warehouse coordination
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, commissary, and accounting teams
  • Implement and improve procurement and logistics systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role
  • Background in restaurant or food industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and supply chain processes
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and high-volume orders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
