  • Handles offline accounts and ensures sales targets are met.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with the company and the accounts assigned.
  • Manages a team of sales people deployed in stores and monitors their productivity.
  • Submits weekly sales report and escalates concerns raised from the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Retail experience is required.
  • Have leadership experience.
  • Background in HR is acceptable.
  • Must have either sales experience or a strong potential for sales.
  • Must have an assertive but pleasing personality.
  • Must know how to handle a team.
  • Must be flexible to go on field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
