We're hiring a detail-driven, solutions-oriented
Account Manager
to handle a major FMCG account. If you're passionate about creative quality, skilled in managing digital asset production, and confident in client-facing communication, this role puts you at the center of some of our most exciting and high-volume work

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with a major FMCG client.
  • Coordinate with the client on all asset requirements for creation.
  • Oversee production of various digital assets, including social media materials, website banners, app banners, and other creative outputs.
  • Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of builds.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all outputs (no typos, correct dimensions, correct file sizes, proper logo usage, etc.).
  • Document all client communications across email and chat for proper tracking and transparency.
  • Attend client meetings both online and onsite as needed.
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports on all deliverables and ongoing work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, handling major or multinational clients.
  • Strong background in managing creative and digital asset production.
  • Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with once-a-week onsite meetings in Kapitolyo, Pasig or BGC, Taguig.
  • Fixed-term contract arrangement of two months for now. The contract may be extended to 12 months or more upon performance review from both our internal team and the client.
