Overview:
The
Loan Channeling & Strategic Partnerships Lead
manages all operational matters concerning Loan Channeling and Group Strategic Partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist Loan Channeling business unit in onboarding Loan Channeling partners and manage day-to-day operational requirements of said business, together with related support units.
  • Operationalize strategic partnerships of Maya, aligning requirements with associated business units and partners and building necessary operational infrastructure.
  • Manage day-to-day operational requirements of strategic partnerships during launch/hypercare period, and prepare hand-off to relevant business units and their associated support units during transition to BAU phase.
  • Assist GSP in completion and safekeeping legal and compliance documents of new and existing partnerships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or other relevant courses.
  • With at least 3-5 years working experience in Banking and/or Fintech, especially in operational roles.
  • With a basic knowledge or work experience in banking/payments operations (onboarding, credit & bank ops, collections, cash ops, etc.).
  • Skilled in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc), familiarity with SQL, databricks, Appian and other work tools/dashboards.
  • Good cross-functional and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with reading, understanding, and translating data.
