Laborer sa Konstruksyon

Ito ay isang Project-Employment para sa 1 taon. Makakatanggap ka ng mga benepisyo na alinsunod sa mandato ng gobyerno batay sa icon bahagi. Makakatanggap ka rin ng 5 Service Incentive Leave maatapos ang 1 taon na tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, at mayroon kang accident insurance mula sa unang araw ng pagtatrabaho para sa kompanya.

Pangkalahatang Layunin:

Ang Laborer ay responsable sa pagsasagawa ng mga pangunahing gawain sa construction site upang masiguro ang maayos, ligtas, at epektibong pagpapatupad ng proyekto.

Mga Pangunahing Gawain at Tungkulin:

  • Maghanda at maglinis ng construction site bago at matapos ang araw ng trabaho.
  • Maghatid at maghanda ng mga materyales, kasangkapan, at kagamitan na kinakailangan sa proyekto.
  • Magsagawa ng mga simpleng gawain tulad ng paghuhukay, pag-angat, pagbubuhat, at pagtulong sa pag-assemble ng mga bahagi ng konstruksyon.
  • Sumunod sa mga alituntunin sa kaligtasan at proteksyon sa trabaho upang maiwasan ang aksidente.
  • Makipagtulungan sa mga mas nakatatanda at mga skilled workers upang maisakatuparan ang mga gawain sa tamang paraan.
  • Ireport agad ang anumang sira, kakulangan, o hazard sa supervisor.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php18,500.00 per month
