Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, expediting processes, and ensuring quality and compliance. The Project Manager will also manage logistics, conduct inspections, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·     Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect

·     At least 10 years' experience in site construction and project management

·     Efficient coordination skills to liaise with the client, supplier, and internal BCDC on all technical information/discussions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage technical activities in all phases of Construction components.

Provide direction to the manpower and subcontractors working on site.

Review engineering designs, specifications, and estimates, making recommendations where appropriate to enhance technical and cost effectiveness.

Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
