Key responsibilities

  • Quality assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the design team, contractors, and other professionals on site.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, records, and documentation.
  • Safety compliance: Ensure that all safety procedures are implemented and followed on the construction site.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in construction or architectural site engineering. Can drive 4 wheels.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, understanding construction methods, and knowledge of software like AutoCAD or Revit is often required.
  • Project management skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial for keeping projects on track.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and workers.
  • Knowledge of regulations: Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
