We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will act as a local representative of BestPrice Travel, working to expand and maintain B2B partnerships
in the Philippines
.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, passion for travel, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your main responsibility:

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through outbound field sales activities to develop BestPrice Travel's sales pipeline in target regions, focusing on key segments such as:


• Travel agencies


• Wholesalers and tour operators


• Group leisure and corporate travel planners


• Online travel agencies (OTAs)


• TMCs and travel consortia


• MICE-focused businesses

Maintain a minimum of 30 sales calls per month to generate leads, introduce BestPrice Travel's tour packages, services, and promotions, and grow the partner base.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new B2B partners to increase sales volume and enhance brand visibility.

Collect travel service requests from partners and coordinate with BestPrice Travel Consultants to provide quotations, customize itineraries, and finalize bookings.

Execute a calendar of sales activities, including field visits, inside sales initiatives, and participation in industry networking events and trade shows.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) and external partners to implement marketing initiatives such as:


• Partner campaigns with airlines or cruise lines


• Sales promotions tied to booking incentives


• Direct response marketing (online and offline)


• Training, loyalty programs, and familiarization trips for agents

Monitor and analyze sales performance; prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales activities, market opportunities, and competitor insights.

Submit weekly progress reports to the Inbound Director and General Director at BestPrice Travel HQ.

Support other agreed activities outlined in the approved sales and marketing plans.

Requirements:


• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related service sectors


• Strong knowledge of travel trends, business culture, and customer behavior
in the Philippines market


• Excellent communication skills in English and
Filipino (Tagalog)


• Proven ability in negotiation and relationship management


• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently


• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required


• Background in tourism is a strong plus
