Position: Investor Relation Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relation Associate to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with investors and shareholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about finance, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow and develop in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders

- Communicate regularly with investors and shareholders to provide updates on company performance and answer any inquiries

- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other materials

- Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment

- Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry trends

- Assist in the planning and execution of investor events and conferences

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely communication with investors and shareholders

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations

- Support the investor relations team in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Familiarity with financial statements and market analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

- Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance is a plus
